Almost every country comprises of a supreme legislative body which is known by different names in their country. The bicameral legislature of Spain "The Spanish Parliament" or most commonly known as "Cortes Generales" aims to promote and secure the diverse interests, religion and culture of the people in the country. The Spanish Parliament comprises of two chambers : The Congress of Deputies known as Congreso de los Diputados and the Senate known as Senado in Spain.
