Hello, It will last for about 5 days in fridge in an air tight container also, I’ll recommend to not coat them in sugar before storing instead store them as they are, coat them before serving as due to sugar and no gelatin/pectin the candies might loose sugary syrup (simple osmosis) though it does not mean they are not fit to eat. As for the freezer I am not sure haven’t tried it but I think it might work same as gummy candy/jelly. Hope it helps😊

can you use orange juice as a replacement for the fresh oranges?
Well I haven’t tried it but if you do skip the sugar as the store brought juice is already sweetened.
