No, simply dust your working station or a plate with flour place your shaped donuts on it then, let proof for second rise. Once proofed carefully lift them taking care they do not loose their shape and fry. Using parchment paper just helps in easy transfer of Donuts into Oil with out the risk of deflating them.

Hi Swati, I think the problem is with baking time bake it a bit longer a minute or two at time since the baking time depends from oven to oven, check with a skewer also only few moist crumb should be there. If you still have that batch you can try baking it in a pre-heated oven for a couple of minutes.

Hello, It will last for about 5 days in fridge in an air tight container also, I’ll recommend to not coat them in sugar before storing instead store them as they are, coat them before serving as due to sugar and no gelatin/pectin the candies might loose sugary syrup (simple osmosis) though it does not mean they are not fit to eat. As for the freezer I am not sure haven’t tried it but I think it might work same as gummy candy/jelly. Hope it helps😊
