Most definitely not. Seawater has 38 grams of salt per liter. Marcella Hazan recommends 7 grams of salt per liter. Paul Bertoli says 8 grams per liter. Many say 1% or 10 grams per liter if using a bland or simple sauce. If you need a quirky saying like "salty as the sea" then go for "salty as tears", tears are about 9 grams per liter. Source: have actually made pasta with literal sea water and it was disgustingly over salted.

Be careful about defrosting frozen meals in the microwave.
The condensation can accumulate on the bottom, sides and top of the interior, leading to failure of the turntable and flaking paint elsewhere.
Defrost at room temperature on the kitchen counter, using kitchen towels or paper towels to absorb the melting condensation.
It takes longer, about an hour. But your microwave will last longer.:)
