If you enjoyed this track then check out Tools earliest work the 72826 Demo tape from 1991. Crawl away is actually on “Side B”. It’s only 22 minutes long if you decided to review the whole Demo. It really shows how great the band was even before their 1992 Opiate EP.

My favorite song on Undertow. Song 5 is always the best on their Early albums. Song 5 on Aenima is 46&2.
You should really check out some of the live stuff from this album, if only to see what glorious scumbags they were (but, yeah, their live sound was awesome even back then).
Ok, so this song was an homage to Stranglehold by Ted Nugent. The bassline is identical.
The bit where he says "Getchu in a stranglehold baby" is a direct quote.
