The coach was emphasizing not wasting time calculating risky forcing lines when you're already just winning, which worked out well for Levy here, he just had the material and time advantage and just rode it all the way to the end

I'm amazed sometimes that people are not fazed by Levy's curious openings. Do they prepare to play him? Do they just play any position without regard to “strangeness”? As long as Levy can enjoy the curious oddities, somewhat the way Timman did, he's fine. But, once in a while, basic Fundamentals get in the way. As I watched this game, I noticed near the end that Black was a pawn up, then Levy wiped him out with basic threat & capture chess in time pressure. So, how much skill is just being fast and tactical, and how much is the skill which works regardless of how much time one has?
I watched the video and have confirmed he won.
