I am a SPT and searched last night for a needleholder replacement that didn’t have the striations on the plates worn down. It seemed all replacements in the instrument cabinet did. How important is that to making your suturing task easier? I asked my lead if we should send them out for replacement plates.

Yeah you need alot of practice to be able to handle those forceps with confidence
