Incineroar isnt really a low tier imo, not near the same level as ganon or dedede. He just has the tools to make up for his weaknesses unlike them.

Solid mid-tier in my opinion
Has too many good aerials and a deceptively good airspeed for a heavy
Plus his insane comand-grab especially combined with his revenge counter
And last but not least the cheese factor. The big cat was a highway robber in their past life

Nobody thinks Incin is a low tier. High mid at worst. His only downside is that hes slow. Has really good frame data, does crazy damage, has combos, good recovery, one of if not the best grab in the game in his side b, revenge is broken, his jump and fall speed are actually really good giving him vertical mobility to make up for his lackluster horizontal mobility, his grab game is really good, downthrow is an amazing combo tool and every other throw kills. If that sounds like a low tier then idk what we're even talking about.
