My CNC is on the third spindle motor. The current 500W brushless started making rattling not squealing noises that will pretty much go away if I change RPM. I might take it apart but I never heard of high speed grease. I wonder if it need that and if so where do you get it?
Can you tell me what materials/chemicals you used exactly, its not completely clear in the video - my axiom spindle is doing the same thing... high pitched squeeling
I had dit it again at about 6 months after. And again after six months. And after another six month or so I have replaced the bearings. The grease didn't help anymore and there was a grinding noise. If they are squealing they can still be saved.

I am very curious if you use this method and if you had good results.
I have 6 spindles in my shop all starting to squeal. For me it happened after about 3-4 years and I knew it was lubrication

I have used contact cleaner to clean the bearing and after high speed grease.

How to method upgrade spindle speed if motor 24v 3300 rpm
I don't think you can using the same spindle.
I have the same problem this noise it's getting worse, and some times disappear.
I was thinking this it's an electric problem
You can try to grease the bearings and it might help. If not you might have to replace the bearings.
tl;dr re-grease the bearings
