Unboxing this year's Neema from the Virtual Doll Convention. I've been wanting a Neema doll and every year I miss the order period because I don't actively follow the VDC, but this year I finally got one before she sold out. There are some little things about the doll I'm not loving considering the price, maybe because she's dark skinned some marks from the molding process are more visible. On a positive note, she is built sturdy and has a beautiful face. Her hair is rooted and not wigged like other Neema dolls which is fine by me, being a natural girl myself. Her outfit is fine but I do want to find something long and colorful for her to wear.

Yeah, that price was painful but I've been wanting a Neema doll for awhile and this was the first year I didn't miss the sales period so I felt I had to seize the moment.
