This just shows how important loaning a player out is at 18. If you're not gonna use them, loan them out to a team who will and then bring them back when you're ready to give them a chance. Much better than letting them score goals for your reserves/youth team.
Hey I have some code that will make scunthorpe or any team a powerhouse,you don't need to use any editor,you just overwrite a file and then it will generate over 100 regens with high potential to scunthorpe and in theory they should dominate because the players that get poached are more or less constantly replaced and the earlier regens have potential of only about 140 but it keeps going up every few years

Tragically lost his life in a Koeningsegg related accident where he and the prince tried to reach 400kph (250mph) on a closed highway outside of Jeddah. - Aiden Williams - went back to Portland, got bored of city life, bought a huge cattle ranch in eastern Oregon where he's having some conflicts with the Bureau of Land Management. - Tomas Horak - got involved in the Czech foreign service, served as the Czech ambassador to Cyprus, Nigeria, and Cambodia. - Jordan Clarke - led an unremarkable life in Tyne and Wear in the UK after retiring. Went to uni and got a degree in engineering, got married, three kids, lives in a suburban home with the occasional pineapple in the window.
Please test out if a player progresses quicker in say a average League 2 side playing every week vs League 1 side off the bench but better team being more successful.
to the best of my humble knowledge, if the training facilities and coaches are much better, a kid can actually grow more in the League 1 side. Training is still very important.
Have you done any experiment where you have two 200 potential players, give them a decent personality type and then lock them at their clubs. The one club being a super rich club that can get great players and the other club being a poor club. I suspect the one at the poor club would have the better individual career but what would happen to the one at the super rich club.
Safe to classify it as a disappointment? Only one reaching 200.. i expected more for an ambitious personality. Good to see the best footballer is from Africa 💪

I'm not sure, but I'd like to know that. I have being doing Ralph watch in most videos for like 18 months. It would take weeks to get it all together, so no haha. I will not be making a Ralph Watch compilation 🤣
