Helium customer support has not responded back to me for more than a week. They left the ticket open so I cannot even create a new chat for question/concerns. There is no other way to even contact them. This is definitely rude of customer service to do so. They just ignore. Have been sending messages for more than a week and still no response. They haven't viewed the messages I have sent. Is there another way to contact them or write feedback. This is really poor customer service. I genuinely need to contact them and they are ignoring. No matter however the customer is, the CS rep should not be biased and discriminative..... Please help
Okay this sounds kind of interesting but how many of these helium hot spots are there? How do you set one up if you want to do so? Could we set one up at our home? And if you're on a helium hotspot and you get out of range do you seamlessly go on to T-Mobile? Like how good is the coverage with these guys? This is a cool video and all but there are a lot of questions not answered.
Can you deploy one in rural areas? I notice they talk about the Florida area. I mean are you going to be able to earn mobile tokens say in a town about 35 miles from Dallas Texas?
I have an old school Helium miner that is earning IOT now. But I am not sure if I can run a new mobile hotpot in the rural area I live. I know down the road there is someone who bought the other moble miners they sold awhile back that had to purchase radios to use them. That person is only 8 miles down the road from me.
