Where he went back to his childhood home only It wasn't in Cleveland it was in Detroit. Did his parents Move to Detroit when he was a child from Cleveland. If somebody has an answer I'd like to know.
His parents where huge friends with very famous music industry musicians so I’d imagine he lived in different parts of the country. His parents were very best friends with Johny Cash & his wife just to name one. They had a pretty hedonistic hippy lifestyle in the late 60s and 70s.
