Title is incorrect, your changing the bulb the the whole lighter as the title suggests.

Depinde ce anume nu functioneaza: nu merge ventilatorul si nu baga aer pe gurile de ventilatie, nu raceste, merge doar pe trapta maxima de viteza? Ca si cauze poate fi o siguranta arasa, rezistorul de la ventilator stricat, motorasul ventilatorului stricat, etc. Oricum ce ar fi, recomand sa mergi la un service auto ce are un electrician bun.
