This is prime posh area of Dhaka, but there’s many more posh area in the city, for example: Bashundhara, Banani Dohs, Baridhara Dohs, Mirpur Dohs, Mirpur Cantonment, Cantonment, Dia bari, Nikhunja, Nirjhor, Jolshiri, Purbachal New Town, Purbachal American City, Panthapath, Rupayan City, Agargaon, Shere-Bangla,Nagar, Shahbag etc

lol 15 to 20 crore for that house!! 6 crore is a standard apartment in Gulshan in2023. A relatively small chunk of land where a block could be made in Gulshan is easily 60 - 70 crore. That house has X3 that amount of land only. House build is probably relative but land price ultimately determines the cost. 100 is 10 million US dollar approximately.
Dhaka has to improve more in road and transport its where all foreigners go first and most dont go outside Dhaka so the government has to decentralise and especially move some the jobs away from the city to outskirts. Dhaka needs a proper revamp. Traffic lights needed, security cams, speed limits, underground needed to move public around so over ground is less dense.
Amazing. I don't know if it is the same Gulshan i knew in 70s. The Gulshan I had been visiting occured across the road and railway line close to Cantonment area. I visited a freind Mr Siraj of Satkhira sub division of Jessore district, married in a family from Dhaka who lived in Gulshan. If it is the same, it is so changed. I hope the family is well, though the elders may not be alive. They were such nice people. I wish them well.
Posh side of life definitely feels good for a single or couple of days. No matter what country it is. Having said that, this is a wonderful informative video and more business owners needs to expand to other parts of Bangladesh.
