I don’t listen to Calboy, but him talking about his dissatisfaction with RCA doesn't surprise me. Former artists that were signed to the label have talked about how they were mismanaged by them.

A record label doesn't want to invest a lot of money in you if they feel like they're not going to make a profit back.
