As he is written now days he will always show his respect for any heroic character... the only character I can see him being unable to stand is deathpool by obvius reasons (then again deathpool was stablished in a comic to be his fanboy so...).

Making Thor would demand time to make an entirely new unique sprite set for him where as Ryu-sing other with minor colour swaps and head changes was much faster and filled more character slots.

Haven't read the comic books so my opinion is mostly based on his various game appearance, that two movies he appeared in and the cartoon world mightiest, but always his arrogance was his main flaw. Also 'Deadpool' can't be respected by Thor by the definition you put - he is not heroic :D
