In case you didn't catch it. The shark is a metaphor for the band Rammstein.

Hello, again. What a banger song.
And so many Easter eggs in the video referring to other previous videos they made.
Some of the lines of the song are from Bertholt Brecht's "Three Penny Opera" respectively "The Ballad of Mack the Knife". "Flake" the Keyboard player, described the sound of song as a typical workers song. This videos shows clips from all their other videos and how all the band members kept trying to kill Till. It's comedy gold.
As for the "shark" reference, it's about the struggles and conflicts in the band, and how to the outside they have to appear strong, tough, united but in actual fact there are a lot of conflicts and pain as well but they can't show that to the public.
Thanks for reacting to this one! This time, I'd say, lyrics are not as much important as the video itself and it is vital to know their previous videos 😉
You can see, how every group member is believed to be the one who killed Till - and we can see revisited versions of past Rammstein videos showing how it happened: Du Hast, Ohne Dich, Sonne, Keine Lust, Amerika... That's really hillarious to see these "extended" versions 😆
Also, video has many easter eggs - like Manson or Hetfield, but also many other references. I recommend watching this video more than once, and then - the "Official Making Of" video 🙂

Oh, you should have left this one for a bit later to be able to understand all the references. You need to have seen Ohne Dich, Sonne and America for this one.

I don't know if that's intentional, but maybe it's a homage to "Mackie Messer" (in english the song is called "mack the knife"), because it's also a kind of storytelling vibe of the vocals, every line starts with the word "und" and also the German text is similar to this song's title: "mack the knife" in the German version starts with "Und der Haifisch der hat..." just exactly like the chorus in this song here.
They have not had a band member change since they started, they all have a say in the songs, Flake has a book out translated to English which gives a great insight into the band. Thanks man Rammstein the best band imo

Pls do some Lindemann solo tracks. LINDEMANN - Steh auf (Official Video) is a very good one with Peter Stormare (a famous actor) . The Live version is ok but the official is better.
For example when reacting to LINDEMANN - Knebel (Official Video) don't watch the RUclips version, its censored. But when you're presenting your reaction on YT you must use the YT-Version :)
