I've pretty much exclusively run behemoth w/ peacekeepers in PvP for a little over a year now. I enjoy it so much and I don't think it gets the recognition it deserves. Hopefully, some of these tips help you find a new way to play or simply appreciate it more :) - My build is primarily overshield generation w/ cryoclasm. , Grenade: Glacier Aspects: Tectonic Harvest & Cryoclasm Fragments: Shards, Chains, Conduction, Rime (Hunger is a good substitute if you really like the melee and can give up rime or conduction) Super Tips: - Only pop super in cover: The clunkiness and long animation will get you killed before you can do anything - Light attack is enough to kill a guardian (It has the same movement as shiverstrike so you have the same mobility during an attack) - I only use heavy to spam and block sightlines for a rez, freeze difficult enemies, or create distance and damage resistance when encountering more than 1 with hopes of a freeze - Both cryoclasm and howl of the storm are infinite in super if equipped: You can infinitely cryo-slide to get around the map quicker to decrease super energy waste Melee Tips: - Primarily used for movement to get out of sticky situations - People mess up the tracking a lot: At least on controller, I track towards the target during my melee animation and release my melee right before i make contact (you may have to practice, but unless there is a huge vertical displacement you should almost always connect) - Best way to guarantee a kill: Use shiverstrike and make contact, then immediately press the uncharged melee (the melee animation is faster than the rate the opponent gets booped so you can land 2 melees in quick succession to guarantee a kill before the enemy knows what hit them) Grenade Tips: - Can be used as a second barricade Blocks corridors and breaks line of sight (you can shoot or melee a crystal to allow an opening while still maintaining damage resistance) Throwing under a barricade instantly breaks crystals and heals you with the fragments I have - Can throw it to close gaps similar to what you did in your video - Throw the grenade to perch up on higher spots for sniping or just a different engagement angle around corners (I just jump high then throw the nade on a wall a few feet below me) - Throwing the nade below your feet and jumping gives you huge amount of air as if you hunter double jumped This will throw your enemy off during engagements and gives you an opportunity to get some free shots in (My AE is fine with peacekeepers) I've escaped my fair share of ballistic slams like this too Just watch out for ledges overhead

Pro Tip for Shadebinder: The empowering rift cast is slightly faster than healing rift, so you can use it more offensively with frost pulse to get more reliable freeze melee kills.
The fact you took a look at the time and said "damn I have work in less than 8 hours" and bit the bullet anyways is NUTS. This is the first vid of yours I've seen but regardless of challenge runs I'll be here to check more. Great content!
For larger maps, Behemoth with Peacekeepers is the best (for SMGs) because you have three, arguably four gap closers (wall, barricade, shiver strike, and cryoclasam) instead of two (shoulder charge and barricade). If you don’t want to use your special weapon, behemoth is a great subclass, particularly because of the wall and the melee, as they are amazing get-out-of-jail-free cards. The worst part, obviously, is the super. Still, if the map is enclosed enough, it’s great at removing the possibility of going down a lane for a decent amount of time. Just be prepared to give up on getting kills with it if you don’t feel safe. Obviously, use Cryoclasam and Tectonic Harvest for your aspects, and Chains | Conduction | Shards | Rime for your fragments. Additionally, learn to do the cryoclasam slide tech.
Oh yeah, and if you connect with the melee, you aren’t actually locked in an animation, so you can immediately do an uncharged melee and kill in about a quarter of a second.

Behemoth pro tips from a recovering addict. First, you gotta be in "I should ads my shotgun" range to really use your melee. Second, the super is really really weird. You'll get the most value from slamming, making crystals, and sliding through to shatter. That way you can still act and you're not stuck in an animation. You can also slide and cancel into more crystals if you want. There's a lot of cool tech, and it's fun to have a subclass that really just buffs your neutral game. The slide is really nice and opens up a lot of aggressive options, but it takes some time to get used to. IMO it's the 3rd best titan subclass for PvP and the 2nd best for PvE.
I watched this when it came out, you can see my other comment for proof of that. But hell, here I am with a drink in my hand and it's time to rewatch this gem of a video. Hats off to you king
So happy seeing someone else loving cloudstrike. I’d go as far to say it’s my fave pvp sniper of all time. Sounds like a no skill gun on the surface but it punishes you hitting body shots as it’s a 3 tap. High skill high reward weapon
Appreciate the undertale sound track literally have a half sleeve for my right arm above my destiny’s one so to see two things I love in the same video means a lot lol
18:41 “like mask of bakris had no additional cooldown” but Surge DOES have a cooldown, and that cooldown is longer than the Hunter dodge and Bakris internal cooldown combined since it’s tied to melee lmao

Lil bit of advice with you on behemoth. Pop your super before an engagement, if you pop it, use the melee, and maybe the slam if you wanna try and freeze some enemy’s.
