This comment is for Dustin or anyone else with the same opinion. I absolutely love this color blue. I think Dustin’s truck is the perfect “clean daily build” that most of us strive for. I had a 2003 Tahoe in about the same color and it just goes with everything. Well done sir
2” per side is plenty, I have 20x12 with a 13.5 tire without any rubbing or trimming on my TrailBoss with a 4” RC liftkit with 1 3/4 “ leveling kit by RC with McGaughy’s add-a-leafs in rear
All right let's put it like this more spacing is not better I used to be into the wild look but every time you go off-roading or you drive down the road and you hit a puddle the whole side of your truck out dirty The Rock chips messed up your paint not to mention you can't really turn full lock in the case of an emergency when you do have to turn full lock you're not going to be able to do it so I went with the nine wire 12 offset I live better now
I doubt the spacer would ever break. Whislin diesel stacked them like that and then goes out and jumps the truck and beats the shit out of them and has never broken a spacer
What state are you in. How do you get by with your tire extending so far from the wheel well. In my state the tire caint extend pass the wheel well at all.
Could you really trust wheel spacers on the front tires I always heard bad things about wheel spacers I wouldn’t want my front tire to fly off I don’t care if my rear tire flies off I have inch and a half spacers on the rear nothing on the front but I was thinking of putting inch and a half spaces on the front and 3 inch on the back would that be safe?
@@CustomOffsetsTV OK.. I reached out to Mcgaughys and he told me they don’t recommend it that they don’t think it safe to have i’ve been wanting to put inch and a half spacers on the front and 3 inches on the back just for a little wider stance my tires pop out about 2 inches right now and the deepest offset I could buy my rims were -44 I wanted to get originally -76
Everyone wants to put spacers on to get more stance but what they failed to realize it’s all that extra spacing is hell on ball joint suspension components etc. etc. and can make your vehicle extremely dangerous if there’s wear on those components
On my 2018 Silverado I had I bought a 22x10 KMC wheel with like +34 offset and I ended up having to run spacers because of the actual wheel rubbing the control arm, but I would never recommend a spacer unless you have that problem. You’re better off in my opinion selling the aftermarket wheels you have for a more negative offset, if you can afford it, than running spacers.
Why don’t we see Shawn more often? I feel like dustin, Lawson, and banker is the face of custom offsets. I’d like to see more in shop videos. Let’s see the down and dirty of working on our trucks
This is nothing compared to my 2020 Silverado 3500 dually I have 35x12.50s with 2 6 inch spacers on each side of the rear with a 20x12 upfront. The rear sticks out 7.5 inches out of the dually fenders.
Just asking but most aftermarket wheels are lug centric so why does it matter? I put 1/4" spacers on my f150 to get the tires off upper control arms and I've never had any trouble at all beating the hell out of it. I'd rather not run any spacer but now my brand new super duty is barely rubbing the radius arms at full lock. Considering going with cheap quarter inch spacers again.
I can only imagine how dirty the sides of dudes trucks get with spacers. I’m on 20x12s on leveled suspension and my truck is a mess as soon as drive anywhere.
Personally I dont use spacers waste of time and hurts the suspension more in my opinion not to mention hurts the tire scrub radius but everyone has there flavor but these need to be banned from road use you wanna offset that's cool get rims save yourself the headache in the long run. And just get the rims
Get your stance right. Check out all of our Spacers and Adapters at customoffsets.com
Can i actually stack hubcentric spacers?
I know I shouldn't but I kinda like it
Lawyers approved this one. Also helps because now I have another thing to spend money on for my truck k.
Great to see Shawn again!!

By the way DUSTIN, COLOR MATCH THOSE PIECES BETWEEN THE HEADLIGHTS
Btw I love the look of those headlights
Doing the whistlindiesel!
Whislindiesel tested this on his f2
Guess I'll be OK with a 1.5 spacer! Ha ha
The man Shawn!
Now you can do a brake job without removing the wheel!
Genius!!
Them mud flaps tho
Man. I watch a lot of racing and they stack like 3 to 5. 2 inch spacers per wheel. And none of them have ever failed unless it crashes.
This is my favorite video ever!
I love the poke
I like my truck poking out like my girl haha

Nice, I have a similar setup on mine, got any pics?
Whistling diesel already done this lol
I'm looking at my truck, and I can almost hear it telling me 'Dont you even think about it!'. Haha.
I’m gunna do it 😅
I watched whistlindiesel stack around 8 to 10 3" spacers..nothing broke

I have never used spacers. I couldn't find myself dealing with the BS and long term affects on your truck that comes with them
Can I get a set 4x110 10x1.25studs 3" wide
I got those same tires! I get lots of compliments on the tread pattern. They’re a little louder than usual. I don’t really care I love them!
What kind are they?
I doubt the spacer would ever break. Whislin diesel stacked them like that and then goes out and jumps the truck and beats the shit out of them and has never broken a spacer

Depends on states, some states don't care at all some are strict. Ours has laws that they rarely enforce
Looks like something from Whistlin Diesel creation after 4 spacers.
You should do videos rating trucks from til TikTok
I tried looking for Bora's website and can't find it. Could you provide a link? I want to get a spacer size that I can't find anywhere
Is it safe to off-road with spacers?
Yes you can
Them bearings are hating life lol
Thankfully it was only for a video
8 inches was insane
Ask whistlin' diesel how many spacers are too much lol

You should be fine, just don't buy cheap Ebay spacers and torque them to spec
@@jake_ruhl I brought mine from rough country I just don’t want the front tire coming off I have 20x12 rims with -44 offset
We've got sets that have been on a truck for years and years with zero issues!

Did he say 8” of poke with a 12 wide? Bruh you’re crazy. I have 26x14’s and 3” spacers and only have 10-11” of poke

Suns wild! You should add it to our gallery!
This is so rediculous....Dont do it....But its funny....Good job Dusti
👍👍
Make sure you buy spacers that are hub centric only. Good quality 1st.
Absolutely and that's why we stick to Bora!

@@rockie307 1/4" is very minimal. These other owners are using 3-5" spacers. Those cause major problems after years of use.

Ahhhh so that’s what y’all used the spacers for that Dustin was selling
Any more than 2 inches is just selfish and not needed
They also stop you from hitting the top of your front suspension

Thanks for not using the bleeping sound. It feels so good to not hear that.

closed course// other cars pass on the road lol
Would have been way more helpful if you used different kinds of wheels as well. Stock etc.
