If you have proof of cash none can seize it nor any notice will come and even if it comes it can be easily wiped out.

Agar maine 7 lakh k share buy kiye ek financial year mein jis par mujhe 4L ka profit hua aur maine wo sell kar diya pura, aab mera capital total 11 lakh ho gaya, aab maine us 11 lakh se dubara share purchase kar liya to kya wo mera transction jo 10L ek financial year mein hota hai wo 10L count hoga ya 7 lakh hi jo maine starting m invest kiya tha.pl guide. If i generated 45k intrest with my 5 lkh fix deposit for financial year 23-24..i have to pay around 4500rs as tax, but in 24-25 financial year, if i again fix 5lkh+40,500rs(intrest got in 23-24 fin year), than again i have to pay the tax for 40500Rs for which i had paid tax in 23-24..?

Why is ITD sending notices to Property buyers for Sellers inoperative non linking of PAN AADHAAR, Buyer is given notice stating to pay balance 19% Tax , while buyer has already paid 1% TDS to ITD.
Buyer has no clue either from Seller or ITD that the Seller account is Inoperative, & ITD sends notice to Buyer after 10 days of Registration transaction.
In spite of numerous calls & grievances filing, ITD is adamant in harassing buyers by penalizing them. Keeping their mistake of not informing the Buyer instantly about Inoperative account at the time of Paying 1%, they take 10 days to inform the Buyer. What is the solution to this?

1) Sir if i have 3 different fd deposits in a same bank account, which are fetching 30k, 35k, & 42k intrest in a year...would i have to pay tax for only 42k intrest or i have to pay for all togather 30+35+45.. i e for 1,10,000rs.
2) if i have 3 different banks 3 different fds in each bank which are fetching 30k,35k,45k intrest in a FY, should i have to pay tax for only 45k or for total 30+35+45= 1,10,000rs
Ans 1) You have to pay tax for all 30+35+45= 110000
Ans 2) You have to pay tax for all 30+35+45= 110000
As your interest is above 40k ( For Normal Citizen & 50k for Senior Citizens) , Banks are deducting TDS at the rate of 10%. If you don't file ITR you won't get your TDS REFUND.
