Buyer is geeting home loan for only 30l and he is saying he can only do registration on 30l(to save stamp duty). Rest 30l he is sying he will deposit to my parents account from their account or by cheque. But if Income tax will ask my parent how you got extra 30l, they won't be able to answer this. What is the best way to accept this money? Can my parents create a pvt ltd company and accept 30l from buyer in company?

I think there is no solutions, buyer only pay by cash the remaining amount to save stamp duty. We were unaware of the laws. In our case we submitted those cash into our account unknowingly, and we are doomed.
