Fall in love with an unmarried man. Why is that such a difficult thing for people? Why would you even do this to yourself? Obviously you wouldn't be caring about his wife and/or children...but why would you do this to yourself? Don't even give yourself the opportunity to fall in love with a married man. Run, don't walk, from his advances if he's pursuing you. If he can cheat with you...what would keep him from doing it again with someone else? You deserve better than that.
