      R3kEr314 lol Russians are as economical as the Germans are efficient. It’s cheaper to mass produce speedometers for multiple airframes than a different one for each. For instance the Mi-8 hips speedometer goes to 500kmh but God help the poor bastards who spike that thing in a rotorhead

    • @RequiemsACTL
      @RequiemsACTL  4 года назад +3

      That makes perfect sense Mocha. It's a very forgiving airplane that is great to train on as a taildragger. The slower you fly, the slower things happen, the slower you can get yourself into trouble and the easier you can get out of it! If only it had brakes though! haha If you have any problems or questions let me know

    Even though I don't own alot of the planes you demonstrate i still appreciate how you're still doing this for the community after all this time. If there's a plane with a prop I need to learn I always come here for a starter

      Thanks Adrian, I appreciate you checking out my videos even without owning the plane! I'd like to make some jet tutorials as well too and have considered doing some for the CRJ-900 (which I fly in RL) as that would be relatively easy to do but I don't think those who subscribe to this channel would be very interested in that as it's all civilian flying haha The first jet tutorial on this channel will probably end up being the Me262.

    Fair is fair. With Bodenplatte coming in we also need the L-4 Grasshopper (aka Piper Cub) with the option to fit bazookas to the struts. (Per Lt. Col. Charles "Bazooka Charlie" Carpenter, credited with 6 tank kills and some armored cars, etc. We will also need the "Rosie the Rocketer" skin.)

    The speed is remarkably laid back but it looks like it requires a lot of attention managing taxiing and landing. Thanks for another fantastic tutorial.

    • @rsulliv
      @rsulliv 5 лет назад +1

      It is easier to taxi, land, takeoff in the Po-2 than it is in any of the Flying Circus aircraft in my opinion. Also easier to taxi than some notorious ground loopers in the rest of the series.

    Thank you for the tutorial videos. I've just started with IL-2 (haven't done serious simming in over 20 years). Started from ground zero with your basic flight videos and this plane has been great. Just finished a long 40 min VFR flight in it - great little aircraft!

    Oh! Night witcher. Now, night bombing may start to appear on battlefield, on game server. I start to think how to against U-2VS at night. Does Ju-87 mount with machine gun pod? Ju-87 is slow enough. Rear gunner can help searching and shooting. Pilot shoots with dozen machine gun increases the chance of hitting the target.

    I wonder how they will implement this into multiplayer on WOL and TAW. The only thing this aircraft has going for it is the ridiculously low speeds it travels at, so maybe 109s at altitude won't even see it?
