I thought this was supposed to be a scientific channel.
You quoted studies that gathered their data from surveys on people opinions of traits, and then concluded that the opinions are therefore fact.
Other than the study done on foot Oder by the Shiseido Research Center in Yokohama I don't believe I have ever been witness to a less scientific study.
My little brother is doing a-level psychology and even he can tell the study is complete bogus (I'm sure anyone with half a brain also can).
These studies you quoted don't even merit an "F" in a-level, if you call yourself a scientific channel please try to include more reliable and ecologically valid studies.

+XXxlightmarex Fuck yeah mate, exactly my thoughts.
      Sorry about the profanity.
But I find it as ridiculous as you do, that this channel considers themselves scientific.
By the looks of it these pseudo-journal scientists are spreading false info like crazy.
The Intelligence trait was the most ridiculous. Guess it doesnt matter that men have made most of the inventions created.

HERE'S SOME MATH, DNEWS. This is nothing but a game of numbers.
You're basically trying to compare a set of 95 men to a set of 5 women, and coming to the conclusion that women are better leaders because 4 of them are good (80%) and 60 of the men are good (only 63%). It only demonstrates that a larger % of woman leaders happen to be "good leaders". That's because women are generally NOT geared toward leadership, and the ones who are geared toward leadership are more likely to excel at it and stand out. In other words, the conclusion of these studies is completely invalid since the sample sizes are so VASTLY different. Math and logic must be sexist though.

Just to be clear. The participants of this survey were asked loaded questions to achieve a gender specific answer:
"Who do you think are more honest, Men or Women?"
Pew socials whole study is anecdotal based on the opinions / beliefs of the survey participants. All it shows is the current social norm where women are currently favored far higher than men by public opinion. This is troubling.

Oh, we're past that already. No doubt, we've all heard someone spew out the ironically sexist exemption that "women can't be sexist" by citing a skewed definition of sexism. It's even made an impact on reputable dictionaries. Most of them tacked on that vague "especially against women" after the original "prejudice by sex" definition. The whole process will happen to the definition of racism any day now.

The reality of the content of the video is that it's pretty evenly matched between sexes and it really comes down to personal traits, but no one saw that part because of the abysmal titling of this video. Since forever. we are not the ones starting wars because of our bruised egos. lmao. Men emotionally stable? Nope. Men's emotions have been the bane of our existence. Many men have been putting down women's emotions for millennia. Making us seem crazy by having emotions. Men's emotions are seen as rational. Women's are seen as irrational. Why is a woman irrational when she is angry? Why is a man justified in his anger? Unfortunately this emotional control affects both men and women.

Okay so I just read all those comments and all I can say is wow. I'm a guy and I've had some very calm cool and collected bosses that were female. My bosses made amazing choices for the companies and I was always able to work out the problems with them. Sure you all think hormonal changes affect them, and they do, I LIVE in a house of girls and although they complain at home, in public they are fine even though I know they're dying inside. You all need to look at reality, no one is a better leader weather it be male or female. Women have trouble with emotions and decisiveness and men have trouble with compassionate actions and feelings as well as creativity in a problem. We all have our ups and downs so I really don't understand why you all must think lower of one gender or the other. This video was based on opinions of people in surveys which I do agree can make the result a bit untrustworthy. Although these opinions of the people do have an impact.
The stereotypes that hold women back from leader roles are enforced by many people not just men but women too. Therefore eventually if a woman lives in that environment for a while she believes in those stereotypes even if they are taken away. This causes her to abide by them forcing herself to conform to them because she wants to be what society wants her to be. Also, isn't it the same with guys? we are told to hide our emotions, not to cry. We are told we should be muscular, cool and collected.
My final point is intelligence, some of you believe women are less intelligent than men. Although it may be true for some women you meet most women are extremely intelligent. I've met women who could solve very complex math problems in under a minute and come up with fantastic ideas to improve lives. Yet they are too afraid to step up because of an imaginary barrier from years of being told they aren't supposed to be that smart or do that certain thing as, I said earlier.
Just know I am a man coming up to say this because most men think they are too high and mighty to just admit we are all equal and any woman can be a leader if she works for it, same for men. The only barrier that keeps anyone from being a leader is the hard work it takes. No matter who you are, gender, race, religion, you can always try.

(THIS IS A STUPID LONG WALL OF TEXT. ALSO THIS IS JUST ME THROWING MY TWO CENTS IN SO DON'T EXPECT ME TO BE COMPLETELY RIGHT EITHER. THIS IS A MERE SOCIAL THEORY.)
That's pretty much all it bubbles down to...Both genders have their advantages and disadvantages. Which is why we as a human race HAVE to work hard for it in the first place and why we respect the hard workers. I've never really gotten a serious job or anything with a female leader (or a male leader). But this is the impression I am beginning to get with all the "Male Vs. Female" arguments.
Personally I don't really like the video (and I'm saying it as a woman). Mostly because it kinda feels like they are favoring females a bit more than they should. I mean, look at all the traits women have in comparison to the other three that men were given. Seriously? Even I know that is not even close to true.
I believe that women can be good leaders, but since (and I KNOW for a fact I will be called out for saying I'm some SJW feminist, even though I'm against third wave feminism and the basic SJW mindset) society kinda had no choice but to make women the nurturers and men the leaders, because of that women ended up not really given the chance too often. *I AM NOT SAYING THERE WAS A PATRIARCHY OF ANY KIND.* The only time I thought society was a bit sexist was when women weren't allowed to vote and got less pay when compared to a man at the same job they are given. And both those issues are long gone.
We as a human race had no choice but to make men the leaders/bread winners and women the more affectionate/nurturers during the past. We didn't have the technology or the scientific knowledge we now hold. It was our only way to survive, since that was a more biological role that we were accustomed to have.
Of course there will always be stereotypes, but really? Who gives a damn at this point? It's human nature for people to be rebellious at one point or another. So that really shouldn't be accustomed as a real crutch as it may have once been. Not to mention we have more scientific knowledge than ever, with this knowledge we can actually push back the original ideas of genders and their original intentions and actually try to improve on both genders and the human race as a whole. There is no need to put either gender down anymore. Misogyny and Misandry are both very poisonous mindsets and should be frowned upon. Women will learn to catch up, hell they almost succeeded (In the worst way possible imo but we are starting to learn) eventually there will be women who will just as great of leaders as the presidents we once had, it may just take longer due to the sacrifices we had to make in the past unfortunately.
But going back to what you said, you are right. It all bubbles down to hard work. We as women can either take our sweet ass time and blame others for our failures (#1 reason why I'm against third wave feminism and the SJW mindset). Or, we can actually work to meet up with the success that men have made, because all in all, to deny the success that men have made in the past is just plain ignorant. I truly do believe there are women who actually wanna help the world, the inventors and GOOD political models (not women like Hillary, she's a disgrace) are proof of that. Don't let the past get to you. Do what needs to be done. Even if it means playing catch up. You know what they say: Better late than never.

Did you just say that the study asked what people THOUGHT were the prevalent traits of each gender? Because if you base your study on that, you are essentially gathering information on people's stereotypes, not actual leadership qualities. And if you present it as a valid study like you're doing in this video, you are saying that stereotyping is good.
Let's take a look at the list of traits you ascribe to women:
*Honest* - If you think women are more honest, I'd suggest you look at Hillary and compare her to Sanders. Then I want you to tell me with a straight face that she's more honest.
*Intelligent* - You must have missed all the studies measuring intelligence among adults, because almost all of them show a 2-5 IQ point advantage in favor of men.
*Hardworking* - Men work on average longer hours, are willing to do harder and more dangerous jobs and retire later, so the claim that women are equally or more hardworking is a blatant lie.
*Ambitious* - Look at the number of entrepreneurs and their goals. Or look at how many fortune 500 companies were founded by women.
*Outgoing* - If that were the case, we would see way more actually funny female comedians.
*Creative* - You should take a look at the people who get successful in arts and literature. Can you name even one successful female Hollywood director without googling it?
*Compassionate* - You should look at the feminist movement with their "Male Tears" cups or the hashtag #KillAllMen, especially when male genital mutilation, suicide and homelessness is discussed. Or Hillary's "women are the primary victims of war" bullshit. Or how much compassion they show when they are confronted with the fact that men have literally NO reproductive rights. Women's compassion is an act, while men have been supporting women and children from the dawn of time, with blood, sweat and tears. And if it's not enough, compare the rates of violence between gay and lesbian couples. And then the amount of violence against children done by single mothers vs single fathers. Women's compassion is the biggest lie in history.
So please stop spreading your bullshit propaganda. It's disgusting.

Incidentally I'm reading a book about history of my country. From prehistoric times to present. We used to have grand dukes. They would control the land, they would be leaders of that land. Leading was not the only thing they had to do, they would have to go to war against neighbours. Know how to fight , yield swords, ride horses, and kill people to protect their families, this responsibility would give them the power to control over their lands. What army of women would stand proud and win against an equal number of army of men? None, and because women could not have done it ever in their lives that is why they never were leaders. Only now when most jobs can be made by women, be it statistically not as good as males, they still manage to get into leadership positions, due to watever reasons. But they are not buildt for that, exceptions of course exist, but just because there are albino ravens you cant say that ravens are white.

I think as men we should all caress our women on the cheek, give them a forehead kiss, assure them they're beautiful, and simply say "Yes baby girl, yes your a better leader than me okay sweetie". Come on fellas, it's not like we don't already pretend a lot of none sense is true just to keep their feelings from getting hurt. Like we don't already bend over backwards making sure she feels "important". I for one think the girl in the video and her cute zeal for her fellow women is just so adorable that I can't help but to just agree with her. It's not like I don't already literally tend to the emotions of my mother, sisters, female friends, and girlfriend as if I am handling a bomb. Like they don't explode in emotions and demand for me to be a man when I don't handle their heart as if it was made of glass. This is nothing new ladies we got you. Yes your better leaders, okay? But back to reality, when women begin in everyday life to lead me emotionally and physically like I do them, then I'll be open to them being better leaders.. Which lets be honest fellas, WE CAN ONLY WISH. Till then sweetie, be satisfied with us pretending that we are equals in mental stability, emotionally, and physically. FYI a lot of men now a days are pathetic excuses for men, and there definitely is plenty of women who do lead better. But that's individual verses individual, gender verses gender, you know. Now I'm going to re-watch this lady's adorable zeal. Fiery little eyes.

Oh cmon leadership needs a fuckload of emotional stability, ive had female bosses , its a disaster, you cant make rational decisions if your emotions are all over the place doesn't matter how good you are in anything else.women are good in alot of stuff just not as leaders

you obviously dont watch enough of their videos to talk about that
something a while back that murica aint a true democracy even founding leaders said so because something about a large crowd cannot be effective
also because they have a single leader + congress, and they have the power not the civilians, BUt you might argue that the people vote them in, Yes, but they have the power unless in the president, more then half the states dont legally have to vote for your chosen in electoral college, and a few videos back about donald trump and republican democrazy, how ted won with 0 votes
its not an easy debate, too many factors and gray areas to say they are a democracy(in full)

I'm a bernie supporter. Now that that's out of the way I'd like to ask why everyone is hating on this video? I think their message regarding the american election wasn't "you should vote for Hilary" rather "don't not vote for Hillary because she's a women".

yeah I'm on the same page as you, I want to view this from a scientific stance. I hate Trump cus he's possible tyrant and Hillary is corrupt and pretentious so I wouldn't touch her if I could vote which sadly I can't yet

If there are studies that say women aren't as decisive as men, i can see that would just add to stress, or make that constant feeling of you wanting to change your mind afterwards. Then arises the chance for compromise. That comes from compassion. A wedge for vulnerability in a decision based job.

It is wrong to use generalization of gender when considering leaders, leaders are in the spotlight. their actions and opinions are judge by their people. leaders are a select few who should be elected by merit, popularity and policy stances. one gender/race should irrelevant.
