They showed Mr. Robot walking around the train station as a metaphor for how he'd hacked the train station's cameras and could see everything at once, so it was Mr. Robot on the train watching the cameras and Mr. Robot's voice was on the phone until Freddy got onto the train and saw him. Later in that episode, despite showing Rami and not Christian, Rami's speech and mannerisms sound a lot like Mr. Robot.
I just started watching this mr. Robot, it's fascinating, I remember when it first came out, I was intrigued by, only seen like half of one episode, but then the show disappeared as quickly as it appeared, WTF ... Anyway I just recently rediscovered it, I like it because it's talking about what's happening right now in society, definitely not fictional, anyway it seems to me that Elliot is schizophrenic, now that I've seen two episodes, is Christian Slater Justin Elliot's mind ?! Like what happened in fight club ? If someone out there could you answer me I would really appreciate it 😉
the small detail of Mr Robot only being in places where Elliot has remote access/visuals to is phenomenal to me. like, Elliot watching Fred from the cams through Grand Central -- you only ever see Mr Robot where those cams can see.
The acting of these secondary characters who just pop in for one or two episodes are some of the best in the series. The ability to lock into someone who is watching their lives be destroyed right in front of them and desperately trying to do anything to stop it is top notch.
I am not asking for a 5th season, but I would love a spin off or a series with a similar theme, with another protagonist and directed by the same director, it would be incredible
All lawyers out there chatting with minors should stop what they’re doing, because somebody is gonna take matters into their own hands one day or another and they won’t even see it coming. They’d be safer in police custody though since civilians would go to great lengths to expose corrupt officials

Freddy's initial panic is entertaining when he gets the phone call. Most of the "most replayed" section is him on the phone, it's just at the tail end of the creepy part.
