I think you've made a good choice! Cloud Computing will give you more options, and more opportunities for remote work. I started off in technology by going to a community college and getting an associates degree in Information Systems Security. I then got a bachelor's degree in Software Development and Security, and then got a Master's degree in Cloud Computing and Architecture.....you don't need any of that, all you need is a willingness to learn! You don't need any expensive courses, use that money to pay for your certifications. You can learn everything you need to know for free from either RUclips or Microsoft learn. If you like Azure, learn Azure, get a few certifications and take off, the fact that you have a RUclips channel and you're willing to help others by creating tutorials will take you far!
Hey good morning, I think you are on the right track, I dont have much IT experience myself but I commend you for self reflecting and knowing what does and what does NOT work for you regarding I.T. I had a similar experience in 2017 taking care of my son, thats how i got into I.T. Life lifes and we have to roll with the punches, highs and lows you know? Keep making videos and keep us posted, stay encouraged and keep pushing so you can live how you want to live. I passed the A+ core 1 this past weekend so Im excited! You will do great, do not give up!
New to the channel and I think you've got the right attitude and head on your shoulders and you'll go far in whatever path you ultimately take. Love tech and the ability to pivot across different disciplines. Continue to pursue the technologies that interest you and keep setting new goals for yourself and you'll surpass where even you thought you could be. One step at a time, one day at a time and onward and upward!
I just started Course Careers. I just completed the Networking theory section. I'm at a crossroads at this point because I don't know if I want to do Cloud, Cyber security or Software Engineering. Hopefully I can figure it out as I go along.
@@metajackey8293 I believe the more you learn you'll start to realize what resonates with you. Another thing that help me see what I wanted to do with a small investment is Google Cybersecurity Course it covers Cyber, Networking and Cloud. It's very foundational and broad.
