Gigabyte specs website mentions that it has 2 USB 3.1 Front panel ports but I can only find one USB 3.0 front panel port, rest are just 2.0 ones

Where do I get the "Speaker +-" header and is it necessary? I am asking that because I'm not being able to find it in the PC components that I received when building it.

That is free when i bought the pc chassi its included together with the screw, you can by that speaker
