@ DON JAY TV. Thanks for this look around Picton and the loggers movements there. This activity has been happening there for more than six decades to my knowledge, as i was the first permanent MoT officer to be appointed to Picton mid 1960s, previously coverage being done by Blenheim officers. Most of the drivers in those days cooperated pretty well with what was required of them, though i had to caution one or two for exceeding the limit or excessive use of the exhaust brake through the Wairau Road residential area when entering the Borough. Thanks again, Bob.
My uncle was a Traffic Warden, he had a Black Ford V8 Pilot 1Red magnet removable light They had Mrk 1/2 Zephyrs, When you floored it it left those Zephyrs, standing
You've obviously got the contacts to get up close and personal. Great, clear viewing even if conditions got a little damp at times. That self loader must be pretty near unique - I've never actually seen one in the flesh.
Nice truck American european Japan volvo FH Scania kenwoht west Star Freightliner DAF isuzu Hino Mercedes bens UD Nissan Diesel THE inconc British 🇬🇧 Foden ERF greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷 excellent vídeo 👍 great Freehat to New zeland
It's good to have self loader rather than depending on others but you can't stack your trailer on truck maybe that's others don't use them love those Scanias 🔥🔥 greetings from India 🇮🇳
What a shame, I wanted to see how the empty trailers ended up on the top of the main trailer and that was the one thing you didn't show. Perhaps another time.

These trucks are in soo much better nik than the ones i worked on with my father in hawkes bay shows the company maintains them properly rather that just slapping a fresh coat of paint and patch repair the problems.
Lot from waimea contract carriers.paul Harvey's old firm. God rest his sole, if it is his will so to do.. would love to have been able to wind him up about not working 🤣
[6:05] - The logging truck looks so clean and well-maintained. Great care shown!
