I've been subscribed for maybe even more than a year and a half now, and I've enjoyed a lot of your ASMR work, but this one really helped, even if only temporarily. I struggle with severe anxiety to a point that a good school day (year 12 amirite) is a day that I don't throw up purely out of anxiety, and your videos help me to even manage any sleep at all these days. Sometimes it's hard to release anxiety or depression due to our surroundings. It's easy to become desensitised to what damage these emotions can cause. Having videos like this makes me feel okay to be vulnerable and reminds me that it's okay to release these feelings and not keep them bottled up. So thank you.

Trusting people has gotten me stabbed in the back (literally) and shot twice......and yet I can still trust people. It will eventually be the death of me, but if I can save one person then my life is worth it. Considering I have saved quite a few, I guess I'm doing pretty good. The only bad thing is I have terrible rage that I have to constantly hold back like destructive wave of fire. I can use it to do good, but if I use it too much it will consume me. Listening to this seemed to help me get back to a neutral state for at least a short time, which gives me the strength to keep fighting back the rage. Thank you

One of my favorite "cozy" places is the gemstone cave at our museum. So many beautiful mesmerizing colors. If you go on a good, slow day, there won't be anyone in there :)

I think I just realized... perhaps the phenomenon "ASMR" may be what lead people to believe in all sorts of different 'magical and spiritual experiences' because of the strange and lovely tingling feelings they got from it. It felt otherworldly...

Only if a Black Tourmaline can erase the people the gave me the anxiety out of my life. Well i guess it can if was a really big chuck of Black Tourmaline but we won't get into that. At least Ally is around to help with the anxiety which is so much better.
