Completely agree! My only gripe is that not every person gets the volume of the music correct so the loud music can be distracting rather than setting a calm tone.
While I'm not trying to sleep, I was really stressed after work today. This helped me relax and decompress so much, while my shoulders and neck are still stiff, I feel so much better. Thank you SO much for all your content. It's really helped me out on multiple occasions, from heavy depression to just stress.
