I'd recommend downloading the "Better Cautions Tool", it allows things like no collission in the pits and under yellow, but keep race back to the caution on, having it come out instantly will sometimes put half the field a lap down. Also, old school Bristol needs an old school setup. Soften the right rear, and more ride height means more gradual transitions in and out of the corners.
Ever since I tried it myself, I've been dying for iRacing to cave and just import this. Absolutely unbelievable work by the dev of this track. Never felt NR03 feel so good.
Use the same moza wheel settings you use for iracing. In advanced controls in nr2003 input momentum should be set to 0 for steering, throttle and brake. Steering assistance should be 0, steering linearity should be 100. Check direct input on the control screen, check force feedback damping and tatency set to 0 and whatever you want for strength and When you calibrate the wheel only turn it 180° to the left and only 180° to the right then centre. You need to run a practice race before you make a video so that the game can give you a recommended auto difficulty. Ice said this on multiple videos of yours and you just keep ignoring it. Youre continuing to make this game look like a joke. Lower your rear springs if you cant get off the corner without spinning out, or turn on stability control. I literally had to stop watching halfway through this is ridiculous dont make videos on the game if youre not gunna take the time to actually figure it out

Personalily I think you should run a NR 2003 Career mode using: Auto stages(does real life stages and automaticly does points) Better Cautions Updated.exe (i think it's called Nr2003_12 or something) Then like 2014 trucks then nxs15 then the 2015 br cup mod Also if you want to race arca get the br13 mod and go to stunod to download arca carsets There is a actually a download that includes: The arca tracks The carset The mod
I had the same issue with my wheel for nr2003, I had to change my degree of rotation from the default 900 to 400 and it fixed the steering issue. The only problem with that solution though it makes it nearly impossible to enter your pit stall.

There's a setting to boost the steering at low speeds
