Hello everyone! This is English cover number 28 that we have finished in my project to create English versions of all of the Mermaid Melody songs!

This song made me fall in love with Mimi when she gave that solo in that one episode. She became my favorite character. I love this cover! Sheshe is perfect and Mimi is perfect! Your voices were born to play them! Awesome lyrics!
Oh I know! After watching that episode I really started to like Mimi. It made you really understand her. They are perfect, aren't they? I was so happy with how they sang these two songs. They truly sound like English versions of Sheshe and Mimi. And thanks! :)

I love both 18moptop and MeroMeroSaharade. You two must be the English voices to these girls because you could definately play them. I swear I listened to the Japanese songs and these dubs...I thought it was the actual people singing them. Great job!

Lol thanks! On Garageband there are different vocals effects you can choose from and I always use the one called "Female Rock Vocals" and then I turn the master echo off completely. Then there is an effect called Track Echo and that is set to Manual. That's how I get it sound the way it sounds. Im not sure exactly how you could do that with Audacity, but Im sure there is someway to get a similar sound. :)

Glad you love it! I use a program called "Garageband". I have a Mac and I think you can only use that program if you have a Mac. They might make a pc version of the program, but Im not sure lol.

Ok cool. I usually use Audacity and I still cannot figure out how to put in echos like you do. It sounds too good and I might break the replay button :P

It's actually not that hard to do once you've practiced for awhile. I find it is easier to get the songs to sound right if you try to do the lyrics according to syllables. Like the first line of this song in Japanese is "Hikari tozasu BAROKKU". That has 10 syllables. For my English version, I wrote, "Light is shut out by the baroque you hear". That also has 10 syllables. I've found that if you write lyrics this way everything flows better :)

I mess up the word Coda (is it pronounced like Koda or soda? My friend who was gonna sing as mimi or sheshe got confused ) thanks!

To be honest, I really don't like how she she wears red, I mean, red isn't the color of evil, cause if you watch Pretty Cure, there are 3 good guys that wear red...can someone tell me why most bad guys wear red?
+Star UniversePines It has to do with the dual meaning of red. It signifies passion...but also violence. And then there is the color of blood and fire. So either choose meaning or an element to symbolize. That's just my opinion.
