*Hey everybody thanks for tuning in! I have been out of the office recording a BUNCH of new footage and struggling to keep up with ALL these comments! The factory asked me to extend my thanks for sharing! Here's a few bits of info:*
► _What is the length?_ 34'11" -- Apparently I missed that when making up my specs chart. Sorry!
► _How much is it?_ At the time of this posting there is no pricing because the RV is not finalized. Remember - it's a prototype! They asked me to get this footage out to farm some initial consumer feedback to see if they were going down the proper rabbit hole. *[UPDATE!]:* One of the company founders advised they're _estimating_ under a $100,000 "retail" price -- that means MSRP (aka NOT a sale price from a dealership). This puts it roughly in line (maybe slightly higher) vs. many existing products like Cougar, Reflection, Eagle, and Avenue.
► Does it have This or That? Again, the RV isn't finalized. When the final production model goes live I'll try to capture updated footage so you can see what's what
► Comments like _The flooring has problems -- No, it doesn't. Apparently it's not common knowledge that cold carpetless slide floors condense & cause a ripple. It was about 40 degrees the morning I recorded this and early in the morning. The RV had only JUST been brought in. When it warms up that'll settle down.
► Does it have a central vacuum -- I almost presumed it did but upon further investigation discovered they do not. Instead they're prepping the front closet for one of those Dyson hand helds (which I actually prefer myself)
► Is there a manual override for those electric gate valves -- I'm investigating now.. [UPDATE!} Yes, they do! They're accessible thru the side panels in the pass-thru
► "ONLY One Air Conditioner?" -- Based on YOUR feedback on this video the team at Brinkley has advised they will be standardizing the factory 2nd air! YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE PEOPLE!!
    Hope that helps!!
    _-Uncle Josh, the RV Nerd_

One last comment for the manufacturer - the idea of a pet friendly RV and/or 5th Wheel is definitely something that I find appealing. I would ask them though, if that is a niche area that they want to distinguish themselves with, to remember that not everyone travels with dogs. There are more than a fair number of us who travel with cats, and the million dollar issue is always “where do I put the litter box”. Find a way to have an area for a litter box, especially in a bathroom, and they will have a home run IMO. While my hubby and I are looking for a 42’-ish (not a 34’ like this one) 5th wheel with 2 bathrooms, having one that is “cat friendly” would be a huge motivator for us. Just this girl’s opinion :)
Thanks again for all of the videos and information Josh! You rock!

👆👆👆 I have this same question because we have both dogs and cats and this would be an excellent feature to include as well for those of us who have both! I usually just tuck the letterbox into a closet and keep it accessible or under something easily accessible for myself to clean it and for the cats to access but a special place just for the litter box would be awesome!
Also wanted to state that WOW! Only just under 35' and some of the 42 footers don't even utilize the space this well!

This is awesome! I love the generator prep, the inverter prep, the 50amp MPPT controller. The roof looks like it could support more solar if you're so inclined. My only 2 points would be 1) would they do a sink offset? I like the symmetry but a large prep surface would be amazing to have and 2) Can they please ditch that Winguard dome? There are so many other options out there and I'd much rather have a pass through prep than having to yank other hardware off. I'll be waiting to see when this is released!

What a beauty this unit is! I can't even begin to express all the things I love about it, so I am going to ask some questions instead. I use a CPAP machine and one of things I never see addressed that there is never a shelf area next to the king size bed to place it. A built in partially hidden area would be great! Another thing is sleeping on a crappy mattress that I can tell is just over a board because of the lack of a box springs! How do most Rvers cope with this problem? I think I could get my husband to camp more if he could get a good night's sleep! One thing that he would love about this unit is the generous head room because he is 6'4"! I also didn't see any cup holders in or next to the living space furniture. Did I just miss them? I like to prevent spills. Love the pet touches because we do travel with 2 shih tzus! Is there an outside shower for washing off sand and mud from our feet and our pets? I don't want to be tracking in dirt! Thanks!

We currently own a Grand Design Solitude fifthwheel with a similar interior. The changes that Brinkley are making are spot on. We have the trash bins beside the oven and the pull out dog bowls under the oven. Moving them to the island makes much more sense. Many of the changes are subtle but are improvements to what we have now. Minor suggestions: add a dump valve at the sewer hookup to stop “dribbles”, make the bedroom TV an option ( we never use ours), add a flip up cutting board on the end of the island, the lighting on the front cap is unnecessary and often irritating to other campers, make the two dinette chair foldable for storage, if not used, offer manually operated recliners in place of the power recliners, and opaque shower doors are a few suggestions that come to mind. I am very interested in this rig and will be looking for it early next year.

    Notes as I watch:
Ok, those squared off windows are silently, very dramatically different from basically everything in the RV market.
Interior multicolored fabric/leatherettes are a nice touch. Not colors often seen paired.
The floor flush kitchen slide is excellent. I like the better storage above the door side super slide.
I really like the simple fascia, window enclosures.
The choice to use more drawers is more expensive, but it does help with access down low.
Can they please raise the outlet up the wall in the slide to near the bottom of the table.
    Excellent euro-style styling.
The execution of this model is crazy good.
The position of outlets is pretty much where I would expect to see them...for a well designed kitchen. Well do

The complete home run is the use of casements around the square angled windows. I just love the clean look it affords. No cheesy valences with equally cheap “curtains”.
Also, love the new slide feature for the bedroom, if you had to use your bed while the slide is in, you won’t potentially ruin the slide by putting weight on it when in. ❤

Small touches like the shelving tucked here and there is terrific. I'd like to see a different contrasting color on the theater seats, but the furniture style is very attractive. Thanks for the first look. Seems as if Brinkley is headed in the right direction. I am really liking the attention to detail, like the pet friendly additions. I didn't know I needed those cabinets above the recliners, LOL, but wishing I had them in our rig. Couple of things: in the video, it looked as if the corners on the island need to be rounded off a bit, tthey look sharp; and I'd miss the window behind the bed (i am a tad claustrophobic), I'd vote for that. Is there a window emergency egress? I didn't notice if that was a thing with the frameless windows. Everything else looks great, other than for me personally I would change out all that plain cabinetry for something a bit more zhuzhed up. But not a deal breaker.

Yep...the yummy flowed throughout that whole rig. It's like a luxury apartment on wheels. I'm not a 5th wheel lover but that thing is so smartly planned and executed that it's one I'd consider getting a truck for.

They nailed it in my opinion. I have a lot of favorites about the camper I like but the square windows and trim does it for me. The other feature I noticed right away were the end tables actually look like end tables instead of a stupid box. And I hope they make a travel trailer with bunks and a master bedroom slide. 😉😉😉 oh, and kitchen counter space to prep meals. My wish list not much just a whole new camper for Brinkley to design.

Thanks for giving us an early preview. Great 5th wheel. This is the first one I have ever taken an interest in. Clean open space with no molding at the ceiling/wall interface. The simple chairs under the no-knee-knock table and couch end tables open underneath, floating island with indirect lighting, etc., it all adds up to a clean inside look. It does not remind me of my grandmothers living room! I’m 66 years young. So that’s saying something. It is well executed inside and out. The overall shape looks great too.
Now… if I can only win the lottery. 🤔

If I could ever get my captain back into a 5th wheel, this one just might be what convinces him! Absolutely stunning and I don't mean just the esthetics. The mechanicals, the machining, the structure. This meets the true nature of what the RVer of today truly wishes for. We went from 5th wheel to Class C.

I love the valances on the sides of the windows to keep the sun from creeping around the edges if you want it dark. I like the bench/chair combo for the dinette with the ability to move the bench over as a foot rest or extra table. I love that the dinette table is mounted to the wall so I don't smash my knees or stub my toes. I love no vents in the floor and no carpet (if I want a carpet let me put a throw rug in). I love the allocated space for the garbage cans, paper towel holder and dog bowls. Very well done. I believe I saw a skylight in the bedroom on the initial video. I'm okay with that as long as I can block out all light if I want to sleep in. I would like to have a coat closet inside the door but that's not a deal breaker. However, I do not like the steps that fold into the coach! They do not work in tight spaces. I would rather have the old steps that fold back in and I can put out as many steps as I need or have space for.

As Josh covered in the video there was a ton of small, thoughtful touches and improvements to make the unit more durable. Even simple things like including the window shade and door handle on the screen door. Absolutely crazy that you would spend $90K on an RV and then have to add things like that. Overall this is fantastic! There were some cosmetic choices that are not my personal taste. I'm not a fan of the saddle tan dining chairs or theater seat but I'm fine with the actual design of them I would just prefer them in different colors. I do like that they did use leather or leatherette (whatever it's called) on the fabric because it's much easier to clean and take care of. I love all the pet features because I would definitely be traveling with multiple small dogs so having a place for water bowls would be wonderful. I love the pantry shelves how they are flexible and can flip up or down to somewhat customize the space for what you most need it for. I love that it's 12 volt refrigerator and there is extra solar to support that. I like the larger more residential looking oven and of course having a large One bowl kitchen sink is my preference but I know many will prefer a tubal sink. I love that there's space for a coffee bar or a landing area over as you come in and of course the way the shade is positioned in the door is very nice and much needed in the industry even though it is a small thing it is one of those things that I think many RVs would appreciate. Yes to a second a/c! The bathroom is very nice and I really like that they continue the Corian into the bathroom. If you are traveling with kids that are not very neat, I would be concerned about water leakage but not with these salad surface countertops. Also the extra counter space off to the right is very nice and helps to maximize available getting ready space. Also the big cabinet space under the sink is great as well as drawer space. The linen cabinet is very nice and I appreciate having a door on it yet you still have a little cubby where you can have extra TP available when needed. I believe the shower does have a handheld wand that I couldn't see it completely. Being disabled, I need to be able to put a chair and a and have a handheld wand available. The only thing I would change about the shower is I would consider getting rid of the model with the small plastic built-in seats if you want to call them that and I would prefer to have one of the drop-down wooden seats that I've seen in many fifth wheels. I think it allows for maximum space in the shower if you don't need a seat yet you have a very nice seat available if you do need one. Any chance an RV manufacturer would consider putting a grab bar in a shower? I would think older or disabled people would find that very beneficial. This is actually a functional bathroom for me as a disabled person. I do use a wheelchair but I can walk a small amount so I would be able to get into this bathroom pretty easily. The outside storage is excellent. I can't speak to tow rating or any of those types of features that I will defer to those of you who have knowledge of that specifically. I'm curious as to what the max solar available is as I would be interested in going off grid and using solar as much as possible to power everything. Also would like more information about the automatic tank working that you mentioned. Being disabled and only have the use of one arm due to a stroke, hooking up for dumping tanks is a big concern of mine about RVing.
