the bottom of the carb is scraping the tire when its spinning. the tire expands outwards (centrifugal force) and since your carb is basically allready scraping the tire as is, its more like to be scraping when its driving (fast)

+Carlos Bermudez thx , there are much faster scooters @ the meetings ... soon the meetings season will start and i will make a lot off video's about the meet's stay tuned ... some people at those meetings have 5 hp more then me ... the max score is 37.3 hp without nitrous for a 98cc :) and i'm only at 28 hp ...so i have a lot off tuning and saving up for new part's still to do :)
