Good luck finding it on AOL back during the 28.8k days lol. I actually miss these times because there was still “mystery” left in the world. Now everybody is an expert on EVERYTHING, especially god damn kids!

One thing I never did get, was the wall climbing thing with Vega and how it was dropped. In the arcade version of SF II and the SNES version he could climb the chained fence. I used to have a hard time fighting him whenever in the arcade as a kid. In Super SF II and up, he couldn't. In other words, imo, SF II Vega was harder to fight than Super SF II Vega.
In fact: Balrog originally was M. Bison; Vega was originally Balrog and M. Bison was originally Vega. Why all this crazyness? To avoid Mike Tyson to sue Capcom for using a character too similar to him in appearance and name; this is, the boxer M. Bison.
Back in the original Street Fighter 2 whenever Vega does the Flying Barcelona Attack in his level (Spain) he would climb the fence instead of bouncing off the walls. It looked pretty damn cool as you can see, and they kept it like that for Super Street Fighter 2 when you could fight as Vega. The problem was, it was a huge weakness for Vega when 2 people were fighting each other in spain. People would just time an uppercut. Also, Vega's backflip got nerfed. He lags a second after he does it.
*LOL* I always simultaneously dreaded and looked forward to Vega/Balrog doing that cage-climbing move just to hear that weird/psycho high-pitched pinging noise he makes.
I can't beat this stage. It's like if vega and your character both did jump kick at the same time, vega takes priority...all the damn time 😩. And that cage climb 😱
that is because cpu computer use the cheat in the game the invincible cheat that made him free of damage and he can take priority and the attack of cpu is quite strong this is why cpu take hours to pass the boss stage, also he can become faster when he hp close empty. ln my opinion, he normal attack is strong because the attack box is stay constant and unlike street fighter 2 turbo will dissappear only act on the moment you press the punch or kick.
God how do you pull off that many upper cuts in a row? I can never do it that many times, It never lets me do it at all really when i do the button combination.
Yeah. I just found out a couple days ago that the names had to be changed for the American version to avoid a lawsuit from Mike Tyson. Seems so weird to have the character I know as "Bison" be called "Vega", especially because "Vega" SOUNDS Spanish.
