John is a LEGEND Bro !!!! Great guy, I always stop by when I’m in the neighborhood. All these carts were once Greek owned, they took pride in their food, and cleanliness was a priority.

Chris being schooled..I remember that Howard Johnson's and their famous fried clams, 3 card monty, lost 20 bucks on that corner, and the gayety club..I remember them all...😂....great interview..Vendors that watch your videos will now start adding lemon to their water...😅....they looked great...imagine if the dogs were green, or gray kraut..I know you would've been gracious..Were them comped?.. I wondered what you tipped him..
Not comped. We talked about the #1 mistake all business owners make....... Giving free food to friends and family. Business is business.

It would be interesting if there was video footage of him commuting to work and what he does on his days off. I imagine he probably lives in Queens or somewhere
