    Thank you so much for watching! I'd love to know what you plan to do differently with LinkedIn in 2024 (if anything 🙂). Please share in the comments!

      I am doing consultancy for 2 different businesses. Let's say I am a full time engineer and now starting recruiting on a part time basis. How do I use my current profile on LinkedIn and create maybe another one with same contacts. Starting a new profile means I lose all my previous contacts. What would you recommend in this situation ?

      @@MohsinAli-jn5hu Thanks for asking! Definitely do NOT create a second profile, as that is against LinkedIn's terms of service and your account(s) could be shut down. As for your one profile, you can promote both businesses but will likely need to choose which you'll promote more (and which type of audience you'll connect with/pursue more).

      Hi Christina! Thank you for your kind words, and I wish you the greatest success with your new venture! I started my business 10 years ago and it's still exciting (although a bit of a roller coaster and hard lessons learned). :-)

    Lovely video again Brooke - because no one is getting paid for engagement on the platform you need to really use it as a marketing platform and your 3-point summary is a great tool to use.

    I really resonate with this mindset shift. Thank you so much for sharing this info - with humor AND high-value. I appreciate you so much. ✨😃
    My 2024 plan is to continue what I started last quarter of 2023 - LinkedIn is my #1 platform for growing and nurturing genuine connections, for celebrating others, and for giving back in super valuable ways.

      Vanessa, thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing! It sounds like you were already off to a great start in Q4 2023, so keep up the great work in 2024! 👍

    Thank you, I'm really happy that i came in contact with your channel.
    I have a question, I'll love to do more on LinkedIn, i see people post content regularly.
    How does a person post great content on a regular basis?

    • @DelawareShoutOut
      @DelawareShoutOut  7 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you for asking, Damilola! On my channel's videos page, you'll see a video from February 2023 entitled "How I Post CONSISTENTLY (While Staying Sane)". That will help you with the consistency aspect of posting. If you're looking for LinkedIn post ideas, I have a video coming out this Thursday that will give you a LOT of ideas for posts that work well on LinkedIn. :-) Thanks again!

    Do my connection get notified when I post on LinkedIn or just the followers.

    • @DelawareShoutOut
      @DelawareShoutOut  8 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks for asking! With rare exceptions, neither your followers nor connections get a notification in the notifications tab when you post. Instead, a small portion of them will see your post in their newsfeed. If your post is good and earns enough engagement, it will continue to be shown in more newsfeeds. Connections generally see more than followers. If you‘d like the details, check out my video, “Do this and the LinkedIn algorithm will love you” from 2023. Thanks again for asking!

    Umm... great video, as usual, but where's the video link @5:55 ?

    • @DelawareShoutOut
      @DelawareShoutOut  5 месяцев назад

      Thanks for asking! The link is showing up on my end. Is it possible the video was viewed on mobile with the phone being held vertically rather than horizontally? I think that the link won't show that way, if I remember correctly.

    too fast

    • @DelawareShoutOut
      @DelawareShoutOut  7 месяцев назад

      Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry it was too fast for you. Some people prefer fast talking, and some people prefer slower talking. I choose to speak how it comes naturally to me, understanding that I won't please everyone. You can also adjust the playback speed of the video, if you wish.
