😆 Totally agree, he's making long form content like people do with reels or shorts when they make all these flashy quick edits and zooms to capture attention. I guess it can be effective to stop the scroll on Instagram, if it's only a 15 second clip. But I think it has the opposite effect if you want someone to sit through 14 minutes of the shit.
