to be sure just test. post on the time you would want to test and compare the number of impressions between the different time. the ones with the highest generally may mean it was posted in the suitable time for you.

Thanks for asking, Ralph! You'll see free background images pop up when you try adding/changing your banner image. You can also find good, free options on Canva, where you can even search for designs for a banner image. I hope that helps!

Mam One of my college friend is struggling with career gap of 4 yrs just after his graduation & internship he took a break for helping his family at home especially his working mom so he didn't do any volunteer work in that time but watched a lot of valuable lectures about his work so could you share tips on How to target companies & convince employers to hire him after a big 4 yrs career gap ? He has all the essential skills required to do the role in his mechanical design engineers industry..also how should he tailor his resume to get opportunities ? Or networking would be helpful.. Possible ways to handle upcoming challenges or opportunities to succeed without coming up across as unprofessional in any way ?? Any book recommendations on this topic to get selected would be helpful too...
