Rosie O'Donnell actually wasn't a bad looking woman when she was younger. Not saying that she was super hot, but she was sort of cute looking on here. I noticed how her and Amanda Bearse (Marcy from Married With Children) were very attractive brunettes during this time in their younger years. Now they've grown to be quite butch and manly looking, considering the fact that they're both lesbians.
Women shouldn’t be evaluated by their ornamental value, she’s a comic . David Brenner - don’t hear women talking about how unattractive male comics are . Wo En at least don’t cut down men for their lack of looks even when they are funny . Point of watching this is to realize how funny Rosie is from the start. She’s quick witted and clever . That whole ny state accent Rosie has sounds more like a Brooklyn accent. Ny does not have one single accent. If she was from queens she would sound totally different. And if she was from upstate ny and if you're not from ny you would not be able to tell where she was from
I can't believe she conquered the world with lame lines like "ever notice the word engaged has the word gag in it"? She talks through her set way too fast. They had low standards back then. And what the fuck was that racist bit about cockroaches? Shit, I wish I was around with all my lame jokes in the early 80's. Maybe I'd be a pop culture icon
