    Well, thank you so so much for this. These are my top favourite brands, I' ve had dozens of their products since there were no rwal review of them and they are quite luxurious and expensive. Caudalis was my love. And I have so many products to go through still. Nuxe was also special. But obviously, I won' t be buying them any longer. Maybe you could also tell us your insight on Lierac and Darphin. These are even more expensive. Should we waste money or just invest in Korean skincare? Thank you soooo much.

    I guess Sanoflore is a no as well, right? I almost followed the hype many times about Caudalie, but I couldn't ignore the ingredient lists. I'd love if you could talk more about some products that became very popular as "must buy from the french pharmacy" like Biafine, Embryolisse Lait-crème concentré, La Roche Posay Cicaplast B5, Boiron Homeoplasmine and Avène Cicalfate. Do you like the products from A-Derma? I bought one of their repairing cream and I realised that many brands have something similar (like Cicaplast). Are they really formulated for daily use? :)

    Hi Cyrille good video as always. I used Caudalie many years ago when they first came to Spain but moved on quickly. Do you know A.Florence.? It's an UK indy brand, I am loving Her skin Rehab cream : glycerin, oils, 2% ceramides, 1% bisabolol, 0,7% centella, cholesterol and some "weird botanical extracts" but no perfume, not essential oils. The third ingredient is Teprenone (Renovage), it seems like a patented compound and I was wondering if you know what it is.

    I’m not agree with you concerning the Caudalie , because when I started to use their products I had severe adult acne, and after 1month of using Caudalie my acne disappeared, and using the serum for the spots, in 3 months a lot of the spots disappeared.. I speak from my own experience)))) maybe not all products are good, but what I use from Caudalie, I like it a lot and I am satisfied))) Therefore, thank you for your review!!!!

    I do love an oil from Caufalie tho...the vinosource night oil worked so good on my face during this winter. It does contain 2 essential oils (rose and rosemary) but I personally had no problem... But this is the only product I use from Caudalie.
    And nuxe...I only purchase the famouse oil because my friends ask me to buy it for them...I try to persuade them to use plant oils from Pranarom or Phytosun (jojoba oil, rosehip oil,sweet almond oil etc) but without success 🙄

    • @chachaxiao6860
      @chachaxiao6860 4 года назад

      Some essential oils could be toxic (not really irritating for your skin but could be dangerous for your health) when you use in big quantity so you must know very well the toxicology of the essential oils before introducing them into your daily skincare routine. Better to consult an aromatherapist first.

You just said “some grape extract” and reduced their lifetime work to nothing lol. This video was not at all objective and you failed to comment on any of the scientific research these companies have done, including that of the highly renowned scientist from Harvard University; Dr David Sinclair.

      @@e.a.4926 @senja sanchez I would agree that their "3-step system" from the 80s is terrible, but it IS from the 80s -- they need to discontinue/revamp those entirely. However, they make a lot of new products like sunscreens and hydrating gel creams with excellent ingredients and are fragrance free. I like pep start daily UV protector broad spectrum SPF 50, Moisture Surge Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator (not the original bland one), and Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator; they make 3 excellent toners without alcohol: Turnaround™ Revitalizing Lotion, Clarifying Lotion and Moisture Surge Face Spray. You just have to ignore the hyperbolic claims in the names of the products like Repairwear Laser Focus -- a lot of the products in this line are good but you're not going to get anything like effects from a laser treatments, lol. And I wish they didn't contain dyes either. I think the lab coats are kinda silly but at least they came up with it; I was at the Glossier headquarters in SoHo and all of their workers, who look like the blond kid bothering the guy with glasses in the sprint commercials, were wearing lab coats too and it looked even MORE ridiculous somehow.

    • @jcjccmz
      @jcjccmz 4 года назад +2

      @@CyrilleLaurent If you decide to review Clinique, it might take 6 months, they have a LOT of skincare products and it would be a disservice to everyone to only focus on the outdated "3-step system" they came up with in the 80s when teens/young adults were not doing any kind of skincare routines at all. You can find some excellent products in their other, newer lines. Their newest products especially use a lot of the new ingredients (from Asian beauty) and almost all their products do not contain fragrance or essential oils.
