For 40 days family took turns completing a fast in honor of Jody Yeats, a GENTRI fan recently diagnosed with ALS.
The fast ended on her birthday, and family and friends wanted to make the day even more special by surprising her with a visit from us. We are honored to have been included in such a special day with such a special lady.

Oh my! I am so deeply saddened having just written the message below, I now find very sadly that she actually passed to Heaven in May of this year 2021, aged 64 which is so young. She leaves her lovely husband ,six children and numerous grandchildren who must all be in such pain at the loss of such a lovely lady. Deepest sympathy to you all. Although we never met her, she was beautiful and you are all her legacy….bless you all until you meet again, Be Strong. Much love to all the family . 💐❤️

My older brother was diagnosed with ALS, and within months passed away shortly before his 60th birthday. God bless Gentri for blessing this woman and her family during a challenging time for any family.

I'm so sorry for her family... even though I don't know her but it touches me. This episode was my first contact with Gentri befor I knew I got the chance to meet them. And so Judy was kept in my mind. Recently I was thinking of her and hoping that she would be doing fine. Now it's up to heaven to take care of another angel. So sorry...

Awww. 🤗 💕 You are just the nicest guys with the biggest hearts 🥰 Must have been hard for Bradley’s wife to keep it together talking about Jody at the start 😢 So touching, and weren’t the kids well behaved. You sound exactly as you do on your CDs, now that’s talent 😲. Don’t know if it was a worldwide thing but here in the UK we had the ice bucket 🪣 🧊 challenge in support of ALS, fasting sounds slightly less unpleasant though! Please keep doing these when it’s practical and safe to do so with lockdown restrictions in place 😩. So uplifting, the feelgood factor. Nice one guys, love ya 😊 👍 x
I had 2 boys with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. They both had a very rough life. Wheelchairs by age 7, electric chairs age 10, trake, 13-14, &nasal feedind tube to the stomache, ventalator, by the age16-17 also then they decided direct stomache tubes like its called a j tube. They took nose ones out. I learned allot of nursing things. 5 ways to give an Iv treatment. 14 years of I didn't know what way I was going. The youngest died first he was 25. He died 2011. Then the oldest was 31. He died 2014. Just 5 years ago. Sometimes I tell God if only I could have 1 hour with them. Just once. I want to know if they are mad at me because of the way things went. Just 1 hour. I won't know till I die and we meet again....
