So painful to watch them go through it all! Yet, Francis and Mary are endgame, not a losing game! The one and only couple whose love survives in Reign. Once Mary and Francis reunite, they are very sweet together until his death and then, so beautifully, when she joins him in heaven many years later. She even offers her own life for his at one point and they are so happy to see one another many years later when she reaches heaven! (This edit strings together a lot of their roughest moments but they also had many really loving ones!)
They had to its a historical fantasy series in real life francis was to weak to make any babies so it was wierd that he was able to get lola pergnant They had to kill him off as he died in real life uf they wouldn't have killed him of ut wouldn't be a historical series and the series would end after 2 season
Mary was so mean in season 2... She was raped by protestants due to wrong decisions taken by Francis as he was blackmailed. She punished him miserably for that.... Being a member of the royal family puts an individual vulnerable to such coups and attacks.... She took the healing excuse from her marriage and found solace in the arms of another silent protestant. Her justification was that he helped her and protected her wn she needed.... What can be a bigger protection for a woman whose husband protects her despite knowing about her affair so that she doesn't lose her head.... Nobody could ever make a sacrifice as that made by Francis throughout the show . His dedication and love for Mary was so pure... Mary was a psychopath who even hated the breath of her husband and slept with conde to satisfy her carnal desires.... In true terms she was a bitch and had a well deserved ending.... I had no sympathy for her wn lord darnley treated her like shit .... She deserved a power hungry asshole like her and not a soul like Francis....total bitch Mary Stuart.... Elizabeth was way better than this loser.... I love Francis... ❤️
