Thats funny, they call this a Touring model here in the U.S. My wife has one while I have a Limited...her heated steering wheel is super nice here in Colorado during the winter months!

Yeah, Subaru calls different trim levels by different names in each country, it causes a lot of confusion, especially online.
I'm with you on the heated steering wheel, they're amazing when it's chilly here!

Colin McAllister As far as I know, none of the Subaru models in Canada have power folding mirrors.

Thanks for pointing that out, George. Generally, I don't cover everything in the vehicle, I like to leave some things to show people when they are on our dealership lot.

This is Touring not a Premier!!! Change title please. I'm going to buy this one(in white) today at Illinois!

Michael Jazwinski In Canada, it's the Premier model. The touring is a step up from the entry level model here.

Tyson Remmelg ah... Sorry about that) I thought they have the same sets of settings everywhere..

Michael Jazwinski It's all good, not the first time that I've been told that it's the touring model lol

Subaru sucks only due to the fact that not all models are the same in all markets. The Crosstek we want is different in the Canadian market than American market. They get more features and color combo options. Plus I have seen electronic brakes in other markets. I wish I could convince my wife to go for an outback or Forester over the Crosstek but they are all nice.

Jay Chapman Subaru isnt the only manufacturer to do that. I know for a fact that Nissan does/did have different trims between countries. I'm sure that other companies do it as well.

Premier? This looks like the Touring model.

jdevar1 In Canada the Touring model is cloth, the Premier has the brown leather interior and low profile roof rails.

Touring model in the US is similar to Premier in Canada, and the US touring model is the base model in Canada.

It sucks that you can't buy this without the Eyesight system.

    • @TysonTheSubaruSpecialist

WVFreebyrd For the extra 1500 I think its worth it. It only has to save your butt once from rear-ending someone and its paid for itself. And resale value is higher on vehicles with eyesight.

My parents have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a similar feature. My dad said it saved him twice. Was the system needed to save him or did it just react before he did I don't know. But it's worth it.

poor quality plastic interior and dated button set-up. Engine line-up very limited and dated technology. Subaru you must try harder.
