"Have you ever wondered..." That's exactly why I'm here. I had my wife on board to move to Alaska years ago. She's a school teacher and I'm a lawyer and pilot. She was going to teach school and I was going to flying to different towns to represent clients in court. Then she got a reality check for just how far away it is from the lower 48. Would have been awesome.

Aren’t you back taxiing on R29 if you’re setting up for a R29 departure??
“Pickup our VFR”… what’s there to pickup if you’re VFR? One of the major radio differences I’ve noticed between CAN and USA is that CAN. Will only give clearance to land when you’re #1, the runway is clear, and there isn’t any traffic anticipated on the runway between your clearance to land and your landing.

Bold move flying at night in a remote area that’s unfamiliar to you! Loving the series!

To be honest, I don’t even like flying at night that much anyway. I’ve just done it so much with the AF, I’ve gotten used to it. 😆 Thanks!

@@AdventureMen I love flying at night. On my night cross country when getting my license, I flew north of Ft. Riley Kanas going from Manhattan back to Concordia. Someone was doing some exercises and it was a fun display to watch from a few miles away.

I think America should build two giant walls on the north and south border as mega projects just to show that we can do it. not fences but walls so big you can see them from space. Make them both bigger than the great wall of commies.
