Apple rolls. Recipe

  • 1cup= 250ml
    Ingredients:
    For the dough:
    200g room temperature butter margarine (or butter)
    200g sour cream
    20g sugar
    vanillin to taste
    350-420g wheat flour (2,5-3 cups)
    ½ tsp. baking powder
    For the filling:
    6 medium apples (≈ 800g without peel and seeds)
    80g sugar (a little less than ½ cup) (or to taste depending on the sweetness of the apples)
    4 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
    50g raisins (optional)
    Powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
    Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
