In this video, I will be showing you how to make a yummy and healthy snacks/starter/small chops, Banana Puff Puff. This recipe is derived by simply adding ripe banana puree to puff puff recipe and the result is more exciting, flavourful and healthy. Fluffy, spongy and delicious banana puff puff!

Ingredients:
* 250g pain flour
* 5 tablespoons of cane sugar
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon (Optional)
* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* A pinch sea salt
* 1 ripe banana, pureed/mashed
* 2 teaspoons (8g) dried active yeast
* Lukewarm water
* Sunflower oil (enough to deep-fry)
