Dying Light is an action survival game presented in first-person perspective. The game is set in a vast and dangerous open world. During the day, you roam an urban environment devastated by a mysterious epidemic, scavenging for supplies and crafting weapons to help you defeat the hordes of mindless, flesh-hungry enemies the plague has created. At night, the hunter becomes the prey as the infected grow in strength and aggression - but even more lethal are the nocturnal, inhuman predators that leave their hives to feed. You will need to make use of all your skills and any available means to survive till dawn.

I like how Crane can take on a horde of Volatiles and Virals but acts like a Night Hunter is the biggest challenge
If you think about it, the night hunter is way faster, possibly much stronger but lacks armor
Night Hunters are significantly smarter and stronger than any of the other zombies, so that isn't an unfounded convern
Virals and volatiles can't swing around like spider man
I think that crane IS the night hunter

So crane is fighting against cranes, who's tasked to kill a nest that Crane is protecting while crane is tasked to kill 10 more cranes who wants to attack the nest
so they used the cranes to destroy the crane.

I mean, he probably died, but didn't turn, and I can confirm it was a flashback of the mother since everyone was alive when she came out, crane thinks that he is the one seeing that, but the mother is the one fooling him
AND the mother explained that she turned in the strange looking underground power plant, then she exits that place to end up in the countryside, she started to infect the citizens around the place until she managed to take control of herself by finding the smoke which made people inmune to zombies, she then shared it with survivors, soon the faceless cult was made

You forgot about the spike kill by interrupting the pounce, making the Hunter fly into the spikes
They should make it so the night hunter spits some kind of liquid into crane's mouth so he'll explode, instead of just giving a bite.

I always thought Crane exploded because the Night Hunter's tendrils went inside his body and exploded it from inside. I might be wrong, but since the tendrils start disappearing I just imagined they went in through his back.

Getting this in my Recommended and with Dying Light 2 releasing just 2 days away as the time this comments up makes me question if we'll see another bigger and better *become the zombie* with solo progression as a new addition, not being forced to play online so to speak on the foreseeable future.

When the night hunter first came out I was expecting him to be taller but he's SHORTER Then the player it says he is stronger...even tho he is 10X times weaker then a night zombie...

the thing is like if u upgraded the night hunter to Ultimate Nightmare Hunter u are tottaly screw up with new players that they playing multiplayer but good thing i am maxed out as a Human Survivor that i can do the tricks when the video told me so ty for the tutorial man :)

You shouldn´t see Night hunter with invasions turned off, because he is only one type of infected, which can be only controlled by player. Unless there is some bug. But you can still hear Nigh hunter scream at night start.

Why does the night hunter scream? It doesn't seem good if you want to sneak around
Maybe for using it as some form of echolocations? Or just as an effect to scare survivor players? Anyway sneaking is innefective, as survivors can detect night hunter by their survivor sense anyway, unless he disables it by his spit.
