it's because people bland mediocrity in the form of john mayer and ed sheerhan instead of something as great as this. stephen carpenter is not in the conversation enough when it comes to guitar greats.

I couldn’t tell if I was happy or scared when listening to Stefen’s guitar playing but I was just so enthralled by how unique it was.
True underrated Deftones albums are Deftones and Saturday Night Wrist. The self-titled is a tough album to sink in but it's a criminally underrated masterpiece. Glad I gave it time.

I had a bad family physician that put me on benzodiazepines for ten years and now I’m having to come off of them. My skin feels like it’s crawling and my skull feels like its filled with hornets. I put on my sunglasses and put this song on when I am rolling down the road and I feel like I not only have a sympathetic voice, but I feel like I can control my problems through sheer will and determination. I genuinely love you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for defining the soundtrack for my teens to my just now fortieth birthday this past July 8th. Never give up, you have way more gifts to bless us with in those hands.
